The individual five pitches each have 16amp electric hook-ups, mains water and drainage, along with digital TV aerials and access to Wi-Fi broadband. Each pitch is hedged for privacy.

The site offers a well maintained area for drinking water, waste water and chemical toilet emptying which has been built to the Caravan Club's high specifications.

The sheltered, lawned, level site is kept immaculately and is situated at the rear of the house where the owners live.
