"This Fabulous Site sets the standards for All C.L.s"

A lovely, well kept, flat site with good sized pitches, surrounded by well established hedges to give privacy. A bargain at £13.50 per night, with electric and TV hook up, own water supply and drainage. Friendly owners and a good base to explore West Norfolk.

"Wonderful CL"

This CL site is the best that we have been on 10/10, very well planned and done to a very high standard. Level service pitches and for £13.50 per night, thought this to be quite reasonable. We stayed there for four nights from 1/10/12 to 5/10/12 and cannot fault this site at all.! Great walks from the site , also by car, if you turn left onto the main road, head towards Sutton Bridge, just before you get to the bridge, turn right down a narrow road, follow the river, go right to the very end ( we found the car park closed) so we parked on the side of the road, the Peter Scott walk is lovely, great views over the Wash and for bird watchers alike. There are 3 chip shops, a butchers,  & 3 grocery shops at Sutton Bridge. King's Lynn is not far away. TRY IT, YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED!

This is a superb, well laid out, well maintained site. Absolutely pristine.  Each pitch has it's own hedged, plentiful space and own water supply. It is so quiet and peaceful, you might get the odd tractor trundling by. On arrival you just park up and the landlord pops over to see you on his way home from work.  The gardener is a real character and the welcoming committee. we went for flat terrain for sedate cycling and you certainly get that.  They call the area 'Little Holland', and you can see why with it's dykes and canals running alongside the roads. the A17 is nearby, but no traffic noise is heard. Makes for an easy and close access to the site. King's Lynn is worth a day trip, has a lot of sea-faring history. Also a 'well-stocked' shopping centre with all the usual large shops. Wisbech, in the other direction is a market town with an ASDA and Aldi to stock up. Lovely park and historical North Bank. Would we go again to this site? Most definitely! An excellent find.
